The number of photos is mainly dependent on the way the photoshoot is organized. We can ensure a minimum, but we would rather under-promise and over-deliver than the other way around, ensuring that you receive the highest quality visuals without being constrained by a fixed quantity.

Our primary focus is on creating exceptional images that showcase your property in the best light possible. The quantity of images delivered can differ according to the specific project. For interior and exterior photography, you can expect approximately 15-20 images per day, focusing on capturing spaces, with an additional 20 detail mood images primarily intended for social media use.

However, it's important to note that lifestyle and food photography require a different approach compared to interior photography. To ensure a successful photoshoot for each location or setup, we kindly request that you share the estimated timeline.


When it comes to creating spherical panoramas for the virtual tour, this process is relatively more time-consuming. Taking 20-30 panoramas typically takes an entire day for the shooting.

Of course, you can absolutely book multiple shooting days. We're more than happy to work with you for extended periods. The only thing we request is a one-day break after three consecutive 12-hour shooting days to maintain the quality of our work. After the rest period, we'll be fully prepared to continue the photoshoot and maintain our high standards.

The most critical thing is that the bed linen is in perfect condition for the photoshoot, as the hotel wishes it to be seen in the pictures. We can remove some wrinkles during post-processing, starting with wrinkle-free linen ensures the best results. Additionally, adding flowers to the bathroom can enhance its appeal in photos. Before the photoshoot, we will provide you with a brief PDF guide containing essential details to help you prepare effectively.

Our daily fee includes professional post-processing to enhance your images cover tasks like image stitching, object removal, sky replacement, and even ensuring crisp, wrinkle-free bedding.

Any requests beyond standard photography tasks would incur an additional charge. Examples include filling an empty pool with water, removing large furniture from images, creating green grass in barren areas, or inserting televisions onto room walls if they have not yet arrived.

We rarely receive retouching requests that fall outside the scope of photography.

During the scouting process, we establish a timeline for the subsequent shooting day to effectively showcase the highlights of your hotel.

To make sure that your hotel is showcased in the best possible light, we prefer to conduct a pre-production day at the location. This allows us to thoroughly scout and schedule the spaces for the shoot, taking into account the critical element of timing. By dedicating time to this process, we can maximize the visual impact of your hotel photography.

You'll have access to all the images through our online gallery. This means you'll always have access to the images, in both web-size and high-resolution formats, for as long as you need them. You can also easily share them with others by providing them with a link.

Depending on the shooting location, we can suggest agencies where you can find models for hotel lifestyle shoots. Additionally, if any staff members are willing to participate as models, we are more than happy to have them in the shoot.
